It describes a service and lets you enquire about it. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and sending the contact form does not create a contract or reserve anything. A working relationship begins only when a separate service agreement is signed.

Hourly rates are stated in pounds sterling and are indicative of the published plans at the time of writing. The hour ranges given beside them describe what hosts of that size typically use; they are not a cap, an included allowance, or a commitment on either side. The rate that applies to you is the one in your service agreement.

Direct booking sites, 3D floor plans, contractor outreach and workflow integrations are quoted individually and are not included in any hourly plan. Anything described on this site as a custom build is scoped in writing before work begins.

We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any decision taken solely on the basis of something read here rather than agreed with us directly.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of [CONFIRM: governing jurisdiction — England and Wales, or Scotland].

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Comfy Workers are named on this site to describe the platforms we work on. Those names and marks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any of them.
