What's included
A turnover clean, room by room.
Everything below is included as standard, so the property is the same for every guest. Tell us about anything specific, such as a hot tub or a garden, and we'll time it in. Laundry for linen, towels and bed sheets is charged separately.

- Floors hoovered and mopped
- Handles, switches and other touch points wiped
- Damage or missing items reported to you
- Guest supplies checked, with anything running low flagged

Step 2: We agree the hours
We work out how long a turnover takes at your property and price it at our hourly rate, so you know what a clean costs before the first one.
Step 3: Cleans follow your checkouts
Share your booking calendar and each clean is scheduled around a checkout, ready before the next guest arrives.
Step 4: Problems come straight to you
Anything damaged, missing or running low is reported to you, so it can be sorted before the next stay.
