Built for hosts whose admin has become a job.
Short-term rental hosts spend their weeks on messages, prices, calendars and cleaners, and most of that work repeats.
Allkempt takes it on, with trained VAs for the admin and our own cleaners for the turnovers, so hosts can spend their time on the decisions only they can make.
We work with hosts on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Comfy Workers, from people with a single flat to portfolios that need a team.

Every VA is interviewed and assessed before they join, and is employed by Allkempt Ltd, not hired in from an agency.

Every VA is trained on short-term rental operations before being put on an account. Then an onboarding specialist trains them on yours: your listings, your house rules and the way you write to guests.
How VAs are supported
Every VA works under a supervisor who keeps an eye on the quality of their work. A second member of the team is briefed on your account as backup, and your listings, house rules and templates are written down during onboarding rather than kept in one person's head.
Our cleaners
Our short-let cleaners are interviewed and vetted before they join, and are employed by Allkempt rather than booked through a marketplace.
