Allkempt provides trained virtual assistants to UK short-term rental and serviced accommodation hosts. The data controller for the information described here is [CONFIRM: registered company name, company number and registered address].

Questions about anything on this page, or a request to see or delete your data, go to [CONFIRM: data protection contact email address]. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under [CONFIRM: ICO registration number].

When you send the enquiry form on this site we receive the name, email address and property count you enter, the message you write if you write one, the time you sent it, and the page you sent it from. We do not ask for a postal address, a phone number or any payment details, and the form has no field for special category data.

The submission is emailed to us. It is not written to a database on this website and the site itself stores nothing about you beyond the cookie choice and, if you pick one, the light or dark theme, both described below.

We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange an intro call. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere, our basis for keeping the record for the period below is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in knowing who has contacted us and what we told them.

We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never sell them.

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for [CONFIRM: retention period for unsuccessful enquiries] and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the records are kept for [CONFIRM: retention period for client records, and the tax or accounting rule it is based on].

Your enquiry passes through the following processors, and no one else:

• Google (Gmail) — the enquiry is delivered to and stored in a Google Workspace mailbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the request that carries your submission. Web server logs, including IP addresses, are retained by Vercel under their own policy.
• The VA assigned to your account — only if you become a client, and only to the extent needed to do the work. [CONFIRM: the country the VA team is based in, and the transfer safeguard relied on if that is outside the UK]

Nothing but strictly necessary storage runs until you choose. You can change that choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.

• Necessary — one entry in your browser's local storage recording your cookie choice, so we do not ask again, and a second recording light or dark theme, only if you press the theme switch. No third party can read either and neither leaves your device.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4, if you allow it. Sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits and see which pages get read. IP addresses are anonymised. Nothing loads until you agree.
• Marketing — Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, if you allow them, and only on the page you reach after sending the form. They set _gcl_*, _fbp and _fbc cookies so we can tell which advert led to an enquiry. Nothing loads until you agree.

Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and removes the cookies we can reach from this site. Cookies already set on a third party's own domain are removed through that company's own controls.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us keeping it. Write to [CONFIRM: data protection contact email address] and we will respond within one month.

Deleting an enquiry is straightforward: tell us the email address you used, and we remove the message and any notes attached to it.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or call their helpline on 0303 123 1113.

If we change what we collect or who processes it, we update this page and the date at the top. Where the change affects what a cookie category covers, we ask for your cookie choice again rather than carrying the old one forward.
