Short-let cleaning in Manchester
Allkempt is registered in Manchester, and much of the city's short-let stock is city-centre apartments: the Northern Quarter, Ancoats, Deansgate and Spinningfields, with Salford Quays across the river. When a big event is on, the city fills at once and the checkouts land on the same morning. Our cleaners are employed by Allkempt and booked by the hour around them.

Who books short lets in Manchester
Football at Old Trafford and the Etihad, concerts at Co-op Live and the AO Arena, conferences at Manchester Central, and the comings and goings of two large universities.
Demand arrives in waves rather than a steady flow. A sold-out fixture or a stadium gig can put a whole building's worth of checkouts on one morning, and that is the turnover that is hardest to cover.

Building rules come first
Many city-centre apartment blocks have their own rules on short letting, written into leases or set by the building's management company. Check them before listing, because they apply whatever the council's position.

Book event weekends early
If a fixture or concert falls on a changeover day, book the clean when the guest books rather than the week before. Every host in the building is trying to do the same.
