Short-let cleaning in Leeds
Leeds is busy for different reasons on different days: students and their families around term dates, cricket and rugby at Headingley, gigs at the First Direct Arena, and the Leeds Festival over the August bank holiday. Each brings its own kind of guest. Our cleaners are employed by Allkempt and booked by the hour around your checkouts.

Who books short lets in Leeds
Families at graduations and open days for the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett, crowds at Headingley Stadium and the First Direct Arena, and people visiting patients at Leeds General Infirmary or St James's.
Leeds City Council's district runs well past the city itself, out to Otley, Wetherby and Garforth, so a Leeds host can just as easily have a family house in the suburbs as a flat by the station.

Plan around the academic year
Graduation weeks and the start and end of term bring families into Leeds for a night or two, often to the same streets. Those are the weeks to have cleans booked before the guests are.
- 02
Festival weekend is its own event
The Leeds Festival at Bramham Park fills the August bank holiday. Expect late checkouts and a heavier clean than a usual weekend.
